2.Description

the tester is applied to test capability of battery by simulating lithium battery suffered crush in the process of transportation, storage and handling home waste.

Method of test:

Place battery between two plate, impose 13KN force through hydraulic arm , keep rising the pressure until the test satisfy following any one condition:

1. When the crushing force get 13KN.

2. Or the voltage of the battery decrease to about 1/3 (UN38.3 is 100mV)

3. Or the battery is deformed to 1/10 of original size. (UN38.3 is 50%)
